2. What is the difference between 3D‑bend and single‑direction bend flexible wall washer?

3D‑bend version bends freely in multiple directions to fit complex twisted compound surfaces.

Single‑direction bend type only allows bending along one axis and fails for multi‑angle twisted structures. 

Built‑in optical lens delivers long‑throw professional wall‑washing effect, different from diffused light output of ordinary ones.

3. What is the minimum safe bending radius? Will repeated bending cause damage?

It has defined minimum safe bending radius for horizontal and vertical directions. 

Hand‑shaping is allowed on‑site, but sharp sharp bending below specified radius is forbidden. 

Repeated bending within safe range will not harm internal circuit. 

Violent sharp folding will crack PCB and damage LEDs.

4. Can IP67‑rated 3D‑bend flexible wall washer be permanently submerged in water?

IP67 is only for temporary immersion and rain splash, not for continuous underwater submersion. 

Select IP68 variant for permanent underwater water‑feature projects. 

Power supply and controller must be protected against rain and water ingress.

5. Can I cut 3D‑bend silicone flexible wall washer on‑site to adjust length?

On‑site cutting is not permitted. Units are factory pre‑made with integrated circuit and lens structure. 

Custom lengths shall be produced in factory. 

Unauthorized cutting destroys waterproof sealing and circuits, causing failure and voiding warranty.

6. Does 3D‑bend silicone flexible wall washer support dimming and signal control?

It supports PWM dimming with compatible constant‑voltage dimmable driver. 

RGB / RGBW versions support DMX512 signal for running, gradient and dynamic lighting effects. 

Use matched controller; voltage‑adjust driving is prohibited.

7. What installation methods are available for 3D‑bend silicone flexible wall washer?

It can be mounted with clips, brackets or simple aluminum channels. 

Pre‑form the shape by hand before final fixing. 

Do not force‑bend the fixture after fully locked, which may damage internal PCB.

8. What precautions for on‑site installation?

Never force sharp bending; strictly follow minimum bending radius requirement. 

Protect silicone housing from sharp scratches. 

Ensure back‑side heat dissipation for outdoor installation, do not fully enclose the fixture. 

Release mechanical tension on cables. All joints must be properly waterproofed.

9. What are key points for power‑supply selection?

Use regulated DC24V power supply with 20%‑30% power margin. Rain‑proof power supply is mandatory for outdoor projects. 

Calculate voltage drop for long runs and add power‑injection points for extra‑long installation to avoid tail‑end brightness loss.
