1. What is premium TPU flexible wall washer light?

It adopts high‑performance TPU material with one‑piece extrusion encapsulation. 

Built‑in professional optical lens delivers long‑distance wall‑washing performance. 

Featuring high resilience, anti‑yellowing and tear‑resistant properties. 

Low‑voltage DC24V, IP67 rating.

2. What high‑end advantages does TPU flexible wall washer have compared with ordinary one?

TPU delivers superior tear‑resistance and tensile strength with excellent resilience, no permanent deformation after repeated bending. 

Better anti‑yellowing performance for long‑term outdoor application. 

Dense surface resists oil stain and dust accumulation with premium appearance. 

Conventional silicone tends to get sticky and dusty after long‑time aging with poorer durability.

3. What is the minimum bending radius? Will repeated bending cause damage?

Follow the minimum bending radius specified in datasheet. 

It supports 2‑direction bending for arcs and corners. 

Repeated bending within safe radius will not crack TPU housing or damage internal PCB and LEDs. 

Violent sharp folding below minimum radius will lead to circuit failure.

4. Can IP67‑rated TPU flexible wall washer be permanently submerged in water?

IP67 is for temporary immersion and rain splash only, not for continuous underwater submersion. 

Please select IP68 version for permanent water‑feature projects. 

Power supply and controller shall be well protected against rain and water ingress.

5. Can premium TPU flexible wall washer be cut on‑site?

Finished units are factory pre‑produced in fixed lengths. 

On‑site cutting is not allowed. Cutting will break TPU hermetic sealing, void waterproof performance and warranty. 

Custom lengths shall be ordered from factory.

6. Does TPU flexible wall washer support dimming and signal control?

Single‑color version supports constant‑voltage PWM dimming. 

RGB/RGBW variants are compatible with DMX512 control system for gradient, chasing and other dynamic lighting effects. 

Use matched controller; direct voltage‑adjust driving is prohibited.

7. What installation methods are available for TPU flexible wall washer?

It can be mounted with stainless‑steel clips, metal brackets or matched aluminum channels. 

Pre‑form the shape before final fastening. 

Do not force‑bend the fixture after full installation to avoid internal PCB damage.

8. What precautions for installation and operation of premium TPU flexible wall washer?

Protect TPU housing from sharp scratches. 

Do not fully enclose the fixture for outdoor use, ensure proper rear‑side heat dissipation.

Eliminate cable pulling tension. 

All wire joints must be fully waterproof. 

Do not clean TPU surface with strong corrosive solvent.

9. What are key points for power‑supply selection?

Use regulated DC24V power supply with 20%‑30% power margin. 

Rain‑proof power supply is mandatory for outdoor projects. 

Calculate voltage drop for long runs and add power‑injection points for extra‑long installation to prevent tail‑end brightness reduction.
