1. What is the biggest process difference between extruded neon and sleeve neon?

Sleeve neon is manually assembled by inserting LED strips into silicone tubes. 

The strip and tube are separated with gaps, and the inner strip can move freely.

Extruded neon is one-piece co-extruded molding. 

PCB, LEDs and silicone shell are fully integrated under high temperature and high pressure. 

Zero gap, no loose structure, more precise and stable craftsmanship.

2. Which one has better bending resistance?

Extruded neon has far better bending performance.

The integrated structure ensures uniform soft and hard texture. 

It can be bent, twisted and shaped repeatedly without cracking, hollowing or loosening.

Sleeve neon will cause internal strip displacement and hollow gaps after bending. 

Frequent bending easily leads to light shadow faults and internal stuck problems.

3. Which one is more stable for long-term use?

Extruded neon is much more stable.

The integrated structure has no gaps or movement.

Sleeve neon has inherent internal gaps.
