1. What voltages are available?

We mainly offer DC 12V and DC 24V low-voltage LED strip lights, which are safe and stable.

2. What’s the difference between single-color, CCT tunable, RGB, RGBW and RGBCCT ?

• Single-color: single white 1800K/2200K/2400K/2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K/5000K/6500K, or single red/green/blue etc, for general lighting.

• CCT tunable: two colors switchable, from 1800K-6500K, 2700K-6500K, 3000K-6500K etc, for general lighting.

• RGB: Color-changing for ambient decoration.

• RGBW: RGB plus pure white, brighter and more natural for daily use.

• RGBCCT: RGB plus 2 kinds of pure white, brighter and more natural for daily use.

3. Which waterproof rating should I choose?

• Indoor: IP20

• Kitchen / Bathroom: IP65

• Outdoor: IP67

• Underwater: IP68

4. Can I cut the LED strip?

Yes. You can only cut along the marked scissor lines. Cutting elsewhere will damage the strip.

5. The adhesive tape is not strong enough?

Please clean and dry the surface before installation. For better fixation, use mounting clips.

6. What’s the maximum length I can connect continuously?

• 12V: Max 5m per segment

• 24V: Max 10m per segment

Longer runs may cause brightness inconsistency at the end.

7. How to choose a power adapter?

Use a power supply with 20% higher wattage than the total power of the strip. Voltage must match. 

In other words, the wattage of LED power supply is at least 1.2 times higher than the total wattage of the strips.

8. Can I use dimmers or remote controls?

Single-color/dual-color/RGB/RGBW/RGBCCT all support dimming/remote control/smart control. 

The key is to choose the right controller and remote control.

9. My strip light does not turn on at all?

Check power connection, correct voltage, positive/negative polarity, and whether the strip was cut improperly.

10. Why is the light flickering?

This is usually caused by insufficient power, loose wiring, or an incompatible controller.

11. There is faint light after turning off the switch?

It may be due to switch wiring issues or slight current leakage.

You can use an anti-flicker/anti-faint light module.

12. One end is bright and the other is dim?

This is voltage drop. Use 24V strips, shorter segments, or dual-end power supply.

13. Is it normal for the strip to get warm?

Slight heat is normal.

If it becomes too hot to touch or smells burnt, pls disconnect power immediately.

14. How long do LED strip lights last? How long is the warranty ?

Lifespan：Under normal use, they can last 30,000–50,000 hours.

Warranty: We supply 5 years warranty for most of LED strips. Pls double check with the relevant sales before placing any orders.

15. Can they stay on 24/7?

Yes, for high-quality low-voltage strips, they can be used 24 hours per 7 days. 

However, the end users need to avoid the long-term use in enclosed and high-temperature spaces.
